Other details
Expenses: We're looking to raise a lot of sponsorship funds. If we succeed, we'll offer some form of compensation for travel expenses.
Students, Students, Students: We would like to have as many students as possible. If you have any connections or have teachers or faculty in your membership, please let us know how we can work together to spread the word about the event.
Hotel Accommodations: Downtown locations close to the JUMP center.
We are getting a block of rooms (near the JUMP center where our meetings and CEU's will be held), estimated at $250–300/night (looking at Renegade Hotel and the Downtown Marriott, both are offering blocked rooms). If more chapters participate, we'll increase the block of rooms to accommodate.
