EXHIBITORS REQUIRING LOADING/UNLOADING DOCK SPACE MUST PROVIDE A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE PRIOR TO APRIL 21st. PLEASE EMAIL CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE TO chatidi@outlook.com.

If you need to use the Basement Loading Dock - We will need a Certificate of Liability Insurance ASAP! Boise Centre requires all COI’s list “Gardner Co” as the additional Insured. Please email this to us or you will not be able to use the dock.

 
 

We are in BOISE CENTRE EAST! Do not go to West, you won’t have access to the building. There are 2 places you can go to park and load in at Boise Centre EAST.

Exhibitor and freight entry to Boise Centre East is via a loading dock underneath the US Bank Building at 101 S. Capitol Blvd.East freight elevator limits and dimensions:

    • Weight Limit: 7,000 Lbs.

    • Door Dimensions: Height = 8′ Width= 6′

    • Inside Car Dimensions: Height= 8′ Width= 7’9″ Depth = 9’4″

If you DO NOT have a box truck, go to the 3rd Floor of the parking garage. If you DO have a box truck, you will have to go to the basement. Full datils listed below. Please call 208-685-9253 15 minutes prior to arrival.

 

OPTION A

Basement unloading/loading zone [LARGER LOADING/UNLOADING ZONE FOR LARGE TRUCKS – REQUIRED CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE PER VENUE REGULATIONS]

• From I-184 E. continue onto W Myrtle St

• Turn left onto S Capitol Blvd

• Go straight through next intersection (Front Street) with the Grove Hotel on your left.

• On your left, immediately after passing the Grove Hotel, there will be several left turns into parking garages, loading areas, etc. Take the last left turn down into the area marked as “US Bank Employee Parking”

• Located immediately on your right as you get to the bottom of this ramp are our two (2) loading/unloading parking spots.

• Call our Operations Supervisor at 208-685-9253 to get assistance up the freight elevator to our event space on Level 4.

OPTIoN B

3rd Level Parking Garage [STANDARD LOADING/UNLOADING ZONE]

• From I-184 E. continue onto W Myrtle St

• Turn left onto S Capitol Blvd

• Go straight through next intersection (Front Street) with the Grove Hotel on your left.

• On your left, immediately after passing the Grove Hotel, there will be several left turns. The first turn goes to the Grove Hotel loading area, next is the entrance to their basement parking lot, and that is immediately followed by the pedestrian walkway through to The Grove Plaza. Immediately after that walkway is an up ramp into the City Center Plaza Garage. Take this turn.

• Inside the garage’s 3rd level on the North Wall (side closest to the US Bank building) is the Boise Centre freight elevator.

• Call our Operations Supervisor at 208-685-9253 to get assistance up the freight elevator to our event space on Level 4.
