2023 Kelli Fry student endowment application
Thank you for your interest in Interior Designers of Idaho’s Kelli Fry Student Endowment scholarship. We look forward to getting to know about you, your educational and professional goals.
Purpose: To assist Student Members with educational expenses during their junior or senior year of college.
Scholarship Amount: Up to $1500
Application Opens: September 1st, 2022
Application Due: February 17th, 2023
Scholarship Awarded: February 2023 (via an email and followed by a deposit to the recipients’ student account. Publicly announced at Chair Affair the following April.)
Applicant Requirements:
Current Student Member status.
Currently enrolled as a full time student in an Interior Design program, at an the University of Idaho.
Student must have be a junior or senior in a full time Interior Design program.
Email (to chatidi@outlook.com) a digital portfolio to include:
o A 200‐400 word cover letter explaining your long and short‐term goals with professional organizations and what inspired you to pursue a professional career in Interior Design.
o Two different examples of your design work. Any past work is acceptable.
o A letter of recommendation from a professor/instructor or a past employer/mentor in the design profession.
o Self Portrait. (Photographs used will be for the presentation of the scholarship recipients and will not be used in the judging process.)
